From 880 North

From I-880 N take the 29th Avenue exit, toward Fruitvale Ave. Turn a slight right onto 29th Ave. and continue to International Boulevard. Turn left onto International Blvd/E 14 St. and continue to 27th Avenue. The corner building on the right is 2700 INTERNATIONAL BLVD. Turn right onto 27th Avenue and at the next driveway turn right onto the parking lot.

From 880 South

From I-880 S take the Fruitvale Ave/Alameda exit. Stay straight onto Elmwood Ave. and continue onto the second left which is Fruitvale Avenue. Take a left onto Fruitvale Ave. and proceed to International Blvd/E 14 St. Take a left onto International Boulevard and proceed to 27th Avenue. The corner building on the right is 2700 INTERNATIONAL BLVD. Turn right onto 27th Avenue and at the next driveway turn right onto the parking lot.

From 580 East

Merge onto I-580 E toward Hayward. Take the Fruitvale Ave exit and turn right onto Fruitvale Ave. Proceed to International Boulevard/E 14 St. Turn right onto International Blvd/E 14 St. and proceed to 27th Avenue. The corner building on the right is 2700 INTERNATIONAL BLVD. Turn right onto 27th Avenue and at the next driveway turn right onto the parking lot.

From 580 West

Merge onto I-580 W toward Dublin/Oakland. Take the Coolidge Ave/Fruitvale Ave. exit and continue to Fruitvale Ave. Turn left onto Fruitvale Avenue. Continue to International Boulevard and turn left. Proceed on International Blvd/E 14 St. to 27th Avenue. The corner building on the right is 2700 INTERNATIONAL BLVD. Turn right onto 27th Avenue and at the next driveway turn right onto the parking lot.

Parking

Parking for our Oakland office is behind of the building. The entrance to the parking lot is on 27th Ave and the exit is on International Blvd. There is street parking available around the building. There are a total of 2 handicapped parking spaces at our Oakland clinic.

Bart/Bus

AC Transit lines 1, 1R and the 62 stop within 3 blocks of the clinic. The Fruitvale Bart Station connects with AC Transit line 62. The 1 and 1R stops on International and the 62 stops on E 12th Street.
